Seeds of Service Organization Fundraiser

 

This is a submission form to request funds for Sub for Santa.  

The funds are raised annually by the Seeds of Service Organization and become available in December.

 

Funds are limited and are approved on a "First Come, First Serve Basis"

REQUESTOR:

In order to request funds, you are agreeing to:

a. Be the "Point of Contact" with the Seeds of Service Organization
b. Be willing to "Deliver" funds to the Recipient without delay.
